01 / Who we are
A few friends who love music.
And missed having somewhere to play it.
House Social started small, a couple of us who used to play music together looking for somewhere to keep doing that after school ended. So we started throwing our own nights instead of waiting for an invite. We're based in Columbus, but we'll take a night anywhere in Ohio the room feels right.
We're trying to find Columbus spaces that don't usually get this kind of night: rooftops, warehouses, rooms most people wouldn't think to throw a party in, and show what they can be with the right music in them.
Some of us DJ. Most people just show up. If you love house music and want somewhere to play or somewhere to dance, there's room for you here.
